Courses like “Fit & Fun Tennis” include a blend of playing matches (always with a focus on “fun” the games are decided to suit the moment), technique optimisation and cardiovascular training that are easy, fun and effective for all age groups.

With specially adapted training programs for children and adolescents, the TACO tennis team nurtures their natural affinity for movement and the tennis lessons offer a lot of fun and excitement.

For adult players the TACO tennis team has developed a special cardiovascular fitness program using various techniques with the tennis racquet. Not forgetting individual wishes, this is highly adaptable to suit all requests and focus on specific techniques if desired.
