Sauna & Steam Bath

In Hotel Gut Ising’s sauna landscape you can enjoy the Finnish sauna, a steam and an inhalation bath and a Roman sweat bath. And because sweating is so healthy, there is also an infrared cabin at your disposal. The infrared radiant heat is just the same as the heat given off by the human body and corresponds to the sun`s warmth. The cabin can be used by up to 4 persons at a time, the temperature is between 40 and maximum 65 degrees celsius.
We also have two tanning beds at your disposal to ensure a smooth even suntan.
