Bavarian Cuisine and Cooking Courses at Hotel Gut Ising
During a week over May and June we offer cooking courses for our guests at Hotel Gut Ising on Lake Chiemsee in Bavaria’s Chiemgau. Whether you are a hobby cook or a professional chef, our restaurant‘s head chef Rüdiger Linke has created an exciting program to suit all interests. The cooking courses include a 3 to 4 course meal, in conjunction with wine tasting and tips presented by our sommelier and restaurant manager Ursula Humer.
In contrast to other cooking courses, the menu will be decided spontaneously by the participants during the tour of the kitchen and larders. The wishes of the group play a vital role in choosing, whether it will be traditional Bavarian cuisine, creative fusion kitchen or regional recipes with organic ingredients - The motto is: More fun in the pot!
