Rooms

All hotel rooms have either a bath (some with jacuzzi) or shower, WC, hair dryer, make up mirror, SAT- and Sky TV and telephone (analogue). W-LAN is available in all hotel and conference rooms

Mini bar

All hotel rooms have a mini bar with alcohol free beverages, which are included in the room price.

Breakfast included

An extensive breakfast from the buffet including sparkling wine is served in the hotel’s “Salzburger Stube” and on the terrace daily from 7 to 11a.m.

Ising Spa & Wellness

Hotel Gut ising has an indoor swimming pool with counter current, waterfall and other attractions, 28° C and an amazing outdoor pool. Sauna area with Finnish sauna, Roman sweat bath, steam and inhalation bath. Open for our hotel guests from 7a.m. to 10p.m. No attendant available. Parents are liable for their children. Use of sauna and whirlpool begins daily from 2p.m. Bathrobes can be hired for a fee of € 6.00 per item/stay at reception.

Lake and bathing cabin on Lake Chiemsee

The surroundings of our estate roll gently down to Lake Chiemsee. Gut Ising has a private boat house directly on the lake with a beach for guest to use. Your room key opens the gate entrance to the area with private toilets and car parking exclusively available to for guests.

Open all year round
Open daily except Sunday afternoon and Mondays. We now have also ponies.

Horse boxes

The boxes for guest horses are in the Rosenhalle (except in winter) and in the large indoor riding arena (all year round). The price in Rosenhalle is for 1 to 2 nights € 28.00 per box/day, for 3 nights € 25.50 or more, the outdoor stables for 1 to 2 nights € 33.00 per box/day, for 3 nights € 22.50 or more, and in the indoor riding arena for 1-2 nights € 25.50 per box/day. The horse boxes are equipped with sawdust. We feed the horses pelleted horse food and oats. Please ask for special requests for the horse boxes with your reservation.

Conditions for Stabling of Horses

The horse owner needs to confirm that they has private liability insurance for their horse, and that the horse is healthy and epidemic-free. Horses are very valuable animals, they can be endangered by illness or accident. It is often difficult to ascertain the reason. Therefore we are responsible only for intent and negligence. We don`t take further responsibility for your horse. Just as you can`t insure your horse against damage, we as guardians also can`t. The customer is responsible for all damage caused in conjunction riding activities as well as for any third-party claim, or claims which they, their horse or persons, who enter the complex in their interest, causes. We ask for your understanding with this arrangement.

Minimum Stay

In August and over New Year`s Eve the minimum stay in our hotel is 5 nights. Shorter stays can be booked only 3 weeks before arrival. We kindly ask you to understand that a room reservation over New Year`s Eve is only valid in conjunction with participation in our New Year`s Gala.

Underground Parking/ Parking Lots

At Haus Florian an underground parking area for 17 cars is available. Price is € 13.00 per day
per parking lot. An outdoor parking area is available free of charge.

Dogs and Domestic Animals

Dogs and other domestic animals are always welcome on Hotel Gut Ising. We charge € 15.50 per day (without food). Please bring a dog basket and/ or a dog blanket. Any necessary cleaning costs will be charged separately.

Dog shower

In the hotel’s underground parking area we have installed a dog shower for our four legged friends. If you should need towels, please let us know.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

For every booking we recommend travel cancellation insurance. We would be happy to send you further information on this matter.

Change of Details

The details in the current price list are valid as of 01/08 and replace all previous publications. Programme, price adjustments and mistakes are reserved.
